Please note: Used products or items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for returns.

Yes, sale items are refundable! Whether full-price or discounted, if the return meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll process your refund just the same.
🎁 Received a Gift?
We don’t currently issue gift credits or gift certificates. If an item was purchased as a gift and returned, no refund will be issued to either the recipient or the sender.
🚚 Who Covers the Return Shipping?
We do! Return shipping costs are fully covered by us — no questions asked. We’ll even refund the original shipping fee paid at checkout.
To ensure safe return delivery, we highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
